E-smog has an invisible, unfortunately negative influence on our cells. These interference frequencies can be measured on the so-called field noise of electricity between transverse and longitudinal waves. They change the human cell tension slowly but steadily and have a biological influence (cellular and subcellular effects).
One of the stressful things about e-smog is that the pineal gland (epiphysis) reacts very sensitively and can get out of its optimal rhythm. The pineal gland is located in the midbrain and regulates several hundred rhythms in our organism. It produces elementary hormones for well-being and sleep quality: melatonin and DMT (dimethylthryptamine).
E-smog exposure = less DMT and melatonin = less vitality, less memory, potential health risks, less well-being, poorer quality of sleep and other factors. With the application of new technologies and sources of interference, electrosensitivity is increased.
